1. It is good in coagulation capacity.The flocs frrm quickly and compactly, and sink easily, and so the mud is compact and Less in volume.
2. The treamet yields water if high quality without aluminium,chloride,and toxie heavy metals. There is no watertramsfer of iron ion in the treatment, and the reault water is mot yellow-like.non-texie ,and safe.
3. Its performance is good in decolorzing and deodorizing,reducing.reducing COD and BOD, and in removing of tubidity,algae,and toxic heavy metals. In the treatment of low temperature,low-turbity,and slight-polluted waters and of highturbidity original water,its purifying performance is better than that of the traditional aluminium salt purificants.Its cost is 20% lower than that of the aluminum purifieants.
4. It can be use in waters of wide various pH of 4 to 10 (perfcet in pH6 to Ph9). The result water will change only alittle in the pH and in alkalinity.
5. It can completely replace iron trichloride and other inorganie purificants in the dehydrating of mudm Being used together with polyacrylamide, it can separate the solid from the water quickly and the mud is easy to be removed, resulting in mud with lower water content and lower oeration cost.
Operation Instruetions:
1.The working solid residues and the purificant is completely dissolved. The concentration(w/w) of the working solutions are as follow
1-5% for the treatmcnt of top water and process water
At least 50% for the treament of indeustrial waste water and sewage.
20 % for the dechydrating of mud.
When the working solution is preparcd form liquid form of the product,the conccntration(liquid weight/working solution weight) are as follow. 2-10% for the treatment of tap water and process water.
At least 10% for the treatment of industrial waster ans sewage
30% for the dehydrating of mud The working solution is proparcd with tap water or the reault water.
2.The hydraulic condition of the coagulating process should be enbanced by stirring for minutes in general,stiring at 300rpm for 1-2minutes in the coagulation;200rpm for 5-7 minutes in the flocs forming;50-100.
3.In the teatment of tap water or process water .if the original water is highly organically polluted(green and odorous),some ocidants will be needed to add into ,orincrease or increase the alkalinity of the original water and thus a good result will be got .
package and storage: The solid products is pack in 25KG/bag of plastic inner and woven outer,Clumps in the solid is normal and will not affer the quality,The shelf-life is 2years when is stored in sry and cool place in its original package.
Pecommended Dosage:
For the treatment of tap water and process watre :1:50.000-100.000 of solid products and 1:30.000-60.000 of products ;and 130.000-60.000.of
