Poly-blend Iron Salt is one of the new series water purificants developed by our company. Features: Its molecular weight is bigger. In the treatment of tap water and industrial process water, it is better than traditional poly ferric sulfate and poly aluminum chloride in the abilities of electric neutralizing, absorbing, bridge forming, removing of turbidity, algae ,reducing COD and BOD ,and deeolotizing. Good in coagulating ability. Comparing with traditional iron salt coagulants, it will coagulate more quickly, form more large and compact floes which sinks more easily. It is safe in purification of water. It will not transfer iron ion into the water, and the result water is of high quality without chloride, aluminum and heavy metals. It can be use in waters of wide various pH of4 to 10(perfect in pH6 to pH9). It performs excellently for the treatment of low temperature, low-turbidity, and slight-polluted waters and of high-turbidity original waters. If the original water is highly organically polluted (green and odorous).some oxidants will be needed to add into, and thus a wonderful result will be got. Its dosage is smaller, and easier to use. Its cost of treatment of every ton of water is 10%~30% lower than that of other inorganic iron or aluminum salt coagulants (in reducing turbidity, for example). Main application: It is highly recommended for the purification of tap water and industrial process water. Also. It performs well in the treatment of industrial waste water and daily sewages. - The working solution is prepared by dilute the product with water in 5~10 times and stirring thoroughly.
- I ton of the product can purify 30,000~50,000 ton of tap water, or 10,000~30,000 ton of industrial process water, or treat 2,000~10,000 ton industrial waste water or daily sewage.
